Hyjet DTR Heavy Duty Wastewater Submersible Pumps – Robust Solutions for Challenging Environments

The Hyjet DTR series of Heavy Duty Submersible pumps includes powerful submersible pumps built for hard water-moving jobs. These pumps handle sewage, effluent, stormwater, and dirty water with solids. They work well in tough places like cities, factories, farms, and homes.

Because of their strong build, they run smoothly even in harsh conditions. They move water quickly and reliably, even with mud, grit, or waste.

Design & Construction

Hyjet uses strong, rust-resistant materials for a longer-lasting pump. Each DTR model is built to run for long hours without stopping.

Casing & Impeller Material

The pump body and impeller are made from cast iron or high-chrome cast iron. These parts resist damage from grit and heavy duty wastewater.

Vortex Impeller Design

The impeller spins in a way that pushes solids through without touching them. This lowers wear and prevents clogs. Some models can handle solids up to 80 mm.

Motor Housing

The outer motor shell is made of stainless steel or rust-proof cast iron. It keeps the inside safe from water and damage.

Double Mechanical Seal

A double seal sits inside an oil-filled chamber. It blocks water from reaching the motor, even when fully underwater.

Thermal Overload Protection

Many DTR pumps include a thermal sensor. If the motor gets too hot or runs dry, the pump shuts off to prevent damage.

Key Features
Heavy-Duty Construction

The DTR series handles tough jobs with water that includes grit, debris, or sludge. It resists rust and damage well.

Large Solid Handling

Thanks to the impeller design, these pumps move solids up to 80 mm. They work well in dirty water.

Fully Submersible and Continuous Use

These pumps run while fully underwater. They are made for nonstop use in wet, dirty places.

Optional Float Switch

Some models come with a float switch. This lets the pump start and stop automatically based on water level.

Energy Efficient

The pump design saves power while still moving large amounts of water. This cuts costs over time.

Many Uses

DTR pumps work in many places, such as treatment plants, construction sites, and flooded basements.

Compact and Easy to Move

Although powerful, the pump is compact. It’s easy to carry and install, even in small or remote areas.

Common Applications
  • Sewage Systems
Moves dirty water with waste, solids, and sludge in homes, factories, and cities.

  • Stormwater and Flood Control
Pumps out water fast after heavy rain or from flooded construction sites.

  • Industrial Wastewater
Handles dirty water from factories, food plants, or chemical sites.

  • Construction Dewatering
Drains water from pits, trenches, or low spots on building sites.

  • Sump Pumping
Keeps basements and other low areas dry in both homes and businesses.

Reliable Pumps for Tough Jobs

The Hyjet DTR Series is a smart choice for people who need a strong, reliable pump. These pumps resist clogs, save energy, and handle large solids. Whether for sewage, floods, or dirty industrial water, they get the job done. Easy to install, easy to maintain, and built to last—Hyjet DTR pumps work when it matters most.
