Pre-Commissioning Checklist

☑ *The system control panel is installed in a fixed position and is at a servicable height (at least 900mm from the ground).

☑ *Conduits are mechanically protected between the ground level & the control panel base in accordance with AS3000 (clarify with your electrician)

☑ *The system control panel has been supplied with power (e.g. 240v or 415v dependant on system requirements).

☑ *All conduits entry points are watertight preferably with a 40mm adaptor and lockring through the control panel base plate.

☑ *All float cables have been installed in a minimum of 40mm conduit between the pump well and the control panel.

☑ *Float weights have been installed, all floats reach the base of the tank and cabling is run in through the controller base plate (in conduit) and ready for termination inside the control panel.

☑ *Pump power cables have been installed in a separate 40mm conduit between the pump well and the control panel base plate and must be terminated inside the control board.

☑ *Pump cables have enough slack inside the pump well to allow pumps to be removed during servicing.

☑ *All penetrations into the pump well have been sealed and the pump well discharge/outlet has been connected to the rising main pipe work.

☑ *The pump well has been cleaned of all debris and filled with clean water (up to the top of pumps) for testing during commissioning.

Attach completion photos of wiring run into control board (pump cables must be terminated). *

Attach completion photos of the control board installation (taken at a distance). *
