Warranty Terms and Conditions

Goods Return

Goods Return Authority must be obtained before returning goods. Freight must be prepaid and invoice number quoted before returns can be accepted for credit. No goods returned after 14 days unless prior arrangement has be made. A 10% restocking fee will be charged when goods are returned. Credit will not be given if goods are damaged or are not resaleable. Custom built products cannot be returned.

Delivery

All boxed items ordered before 2pm will be dispatched the same day unless another time is stated on order. Customers will be notified if delivery cannot be made and Maxijet Australia Pty Ltd cannot accept responsibility for delivery delays once they have been dispatched from our warehouse.

Freight

All orders over $800.00 ex GST are Free in Store (FIS) and under $800.00 ex GST may incur a freight charge of $40.00 ex GST to Metro area and $50.00 ex GST to regional areas unless there is an agreement in place between Maxijet Australia Pty Ltd and the account holder. Custom made orders including pump stations and pits may incur a freight charge.
