Formerly owned by the Catholic Archdiocese, this 40-hectare property in Melbournes South-East became a major training facility for the Victorian Government in October 1972. As a part of a series of site improvements, Maxijet Australia recently supplied a triplex pump system to boost the mains water supply for a series of dormitories. The project involved close consultation with the plumber to design and implement the most efficient and effective water pressure solution.
The dormitories required a reliable water supply system due to the high number of residents on-site, and fluctuating water pressure in the existing mains posed challenges. To address this, we selected a triplex pump system, which consists of three pumps working in parallel. This design ensures steady water pressure during peak usage and redundancy in case one pump requires maintenance, keeping the system operational at all times.
By working with the plumber, we could tailor the setup to meet the specific needs of the building, ensuring smooth installation and integration with existing infrastructure. This solution effectively boosts water pressure and guarantees consistent water delivery, enhancing the comfort and convenience for residents. Maxijet Australia is proud to provide high-quality systems that deliver long-term performance and reliability.
